These are great for racing and touring on any terrain. Sold as a set.
Modern racks have come a long way. More often than not, it makes sense to utilize a rack for hauling cargo, and the South City Mini Panniers are your salvation. These panniers result from thousands of miles of beta on the Baja Divide, the Tour Divide, the Arkansas High Country, and beyond.
At 4 inches wide, the load stays tight to the bike, as if it has always belonged there. You’ll shred through singletrack, free as a bird, and curse only the trail, not your gear, on those memorable hike-a-bikes.
The three-point attachment system is too simple to fail. Bombproof Voile nano straps looped through a tough daisy chain lash the panniers as solidly as you like to your rack’s rails, while a sturdy and replaceable shock cord is utilized at the bottom of the pannier. Most any rack will work with this system. You can always check in with me about your specific rack, and we can build the bags with adjusted specs, if needed, no problem.
The fabrics are Ultra 200 for the main body and Ultra 400 where the pannier rests against the rack. Seams are few. It’s a formula for durability and water resistance nirvana.
Through minimalist and intentional design, these panniers are functional, light, durable, and meant to be more than bags; They’re companions for all kinds of adventures. Lifetime guaranteed.
Volume: 7-10L (Each)

Notes:
*For the glory of the search engine gods, I’m calling these "mini" panniers, but honestly, I think "just-right-size" panniers is a better fit.
*While these panniers can work with "T"-style racks, I wouldn’t recommend it. Most racks of this type just don’t have the load capacity or support needed for a great pannier experience.
*If your rack has protruding braze-ons, it’s a good idea to cover them with electrical tape—or something similar—to protect the inner fabric of the panniers. But don’t worry too much. If anything ever does happen to your SCSW bags (though I doubt you’ll need it), you can always send them in for a free repair.
