The ordering process is thoughtfully designed to offer you maximum choice seamlessly and intuitively, ensuring we work together to create the perfect gear you want and need.

Rest assured, you don’t need to be an expert to order a custom bag—that’s where I come in. My role is to adapt to your level of technical knowledge or interest, so there’s no need to feel intimidated. If you’re uncertain about providing accurate details, don’t worry; we’re here to guide you through the process and ensure everything is on point. 

Once you pay the deposit on the style of bag you are after, I will reach out to you shortly via email to schedule a call to plan out your project. I know your time is valuable, so I always aim to keep these meetings as brief as possible, but I also enjoy chatting about anything bikes if you want to get carried away! 

When our plans are finalized, your new equipment will be ready within 4 weeks or less (unless I communicate differently). You won't have to pay the remaining balance until after the project is done, I've sent you some pictures, and you've given the go-ahead.
